Steve Hadcock, Regional Educator for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Albany County, has worked with dairy farmers of the upper Hudson Valley for the past 30 years. He will present the change in agriculture – specifically the dairy industry. Columbia County and the Town of Greenport have evolved from an area where the majority of families worked on or owned dairy farms to our current status of only a few that have survived.
