Welcome Spring! Welcome to our 2025 program year! We have planned some great programs for our 2025 year and look forward to seeing all of you soon!
Due to the flooding that occurred at the Greenport Town Hall in February, we will commence our 2025 GHS meetings and programs on May 15th at 6 p.m . We would like to extend a special thank you to Carol Bernacki and Guy Apicella for their hard work to keep our archives safe.
Our 2025 programs will open with speaker Russell Bartolotta, President and CEO of Klein’s Kill Fruit Farm in Linlithgo, NY. Steve Hadcock, Regional Educator of Cornell Cooperative Extension will present our June program. In August we will be having our annual summer picnic at the Hudson Power Boat Association. As always, we ask that you bring a covered dish to share. Sign-ups will be at our monthly meetings, or you may email columbiacountyghs@gmail.com with your reservation.
Please note that we will not have a program or meeting in July this year. Due to the ever-increased costs of mail, we are asking our members to submit your email address to columbiacountyghs@gmail.com for future newsletter correspondence.
Our mailings will continue to members who do not have an email or choose not to provide one. We look forward to a fun and informative year ahead!
